Skeletal Alignment

For years my shoulder joints have not been in proper alignment. When I circled my arms, I'd hear a "clunk" when my arm bones would hit something wrong in the shoulder joint. This didn't cause pain, but seemed to be related to slight aches and numbness that traveled around from my shoulder blades to my hands and hips. I knew that my skeleton was never in complete alignment. Chiropractic adjustments helped some, but only temporarily.

I did quite a number of Module 1 & 2 sessions on myself and also got a session from someone trained in the more advanced Modules. I noticed a big change from that more advanced session. Then, recently, I noticed that the clunking, minor aches, and numbness in my hands, shoulders, and hips had completely disappeared.
