'I have struggled with CFS/ME for over 4 years which can be difficult while holding down a full time job and studying to further my career. I have mild symptoms on good days but there are those days when I cannot get out of bed. This also effected the thing I love the most "exercise". That's when I knew I had to try something.

I have had one session of BodyTalk with Caroline and I cannot believe the difference it has made in one session. I feel energetic again, which is something I have not felt in a long time. Also I feel clear headed, more focused on my studies and less bogged down with worries. I feel that I am capable of more instead of having the doubt/worry of possible symptoms. I am looking forward to my next session.'
