BodyTalk has been a life changing experience for me. I had experienced back pain since I was 14 years old. Simply just bending over to tie my shoes or pick something up was extremely painful. I tried exercises, heat, ice, physical therapy, heated ultrasound, massage, electric muscle stimulation, and the chiropractor but nothing seemed to take my pain away.
